About Complete Rubber Stamps

Complete Rubber Stamps prides itself on supplying a complete line of rubber stamp products.

With over 40 production employees, more than150 years of experience, and the most technologically advanced equipment in the marking device field Complete Rubber Stamps has the all the required assets to satisfy even the most demanding of clients.

The premier line of marking products is the pre-inked stamps.  These stamps contain their ink in the stamp die itself.  This means that the dies do not need to mechanically rotate in order to pickup the ink in a separate ink pad.  Thus the stamping motion is the cleanest and smoothest of all stamp products.  The only draw back to this line of rubber stamp products is that it will need time to “recover” if you are making a large number of impressions at one time.  This is because the inks will need to draw down through the die.

We feature two brands of pre-inked stamps.  The X-Stamper is the world’s largest selling brand.  This stamp is laser cut from an extremely durable porous rubber and saturated with a high tech ink to allow for optimal ink flow.  This stamp is so durable that we can offer a life time guaranty on parts and workmanship.  After thousands of impressions these stamps will need to be reinked, and we can supply this ink for you.  Due to the inking process, these stamps will require an extra day to manufacture.

The second pre-inked mount brand name that we offer is Royal Mark.  These stamps are made using a gel process.  By vulcanizing a gelatinous material, containing the stamping ink, into a molded material we obtain the dies for these stamps.  These stamps cost less than the X-Stamper.  Additionally, because they have slightly less bleeding, they have a marginally better impression than the X-Stamper.  A final advantage is that we can manufacture these stamps in one less day than the X-Stamper.

There are other pre-inked stamps including flash stamps and less well known brand names.  If you should have a special need please let us know.

The largest selling of the rubber stamp products is the selfinking line.  Like the pre-inked stamps these stamps do not require the use of a separate stamp pad.  Its motion is not as smooth as the pre-inked stamp because the die needs to mechanically rotate in order to be re-inked.  It does have the advantages of not needing to “recover” from multiple impressions and a slightly lower unit cost.

The two brands that we feature are the largest selling brands in the U.S. They are Ideal and Cosco respectively.  The Ideal brand is the largest selling brand in the U.S.; and has the most recent modifications in its molds.  The Cosco lines are also widely available.

Both of these brands are available in a heavy duty equivalent which is recommended for institutions requiring large numbers of impressions.

The dies used on these stamps are made of a photopolymer material.  This material is very suitable for use on standard papers.  However, if you are marking slick paper, glass, or plastic, you will need to let us know, because you will require a special die material, and a special ink.

The least expensive of the rubber stamps is the standard hand stamp.  These stamps do require the use of a separate stamp pad and many people find this to be a messy procedure.
Again we offer two types of rubber stamps.  One is the Ideal knob handle, which is color coordinated to fit into any office décor where the Ideal brand is featured.  The other type is the standard wood handled stamp.

As with the selfinking stamps, the dies used on these stamps are made of a photopolymer material.  This material is very suitable for use on standard papers.  However, if you are marking slick paper, glass, or plastic, you will need to let us know, because you will require a special die material, and a special ink.

For the purpose of identifying paperwork, we also offer daters and numberers.  These products are available with and without special dies, and they are available as an electrically operated machine.
